This Posture corrector is designed to slowly correct poor posture. We recommend you keep it on for 3 x 30 mins per day for the week and then 3 x 1hour per day, 3 times a day for week 2 and so on for about 6 weeks or your posture improves.

This product can be adjusted in size, in order to ensure you choose the right size , please pay attention to the size chart below. We suggest you choose a slightly larger size to allow for greater adjustability.
