We separate the range of supports into 4 levels to give a guideline on the level of support you can expect from the product:

WEAR INSTRUCTIONS:slacken bi-lateral outer straps and place loosely on the side seam of the belt. Secure the base belt unit around the waist, taking care to centre the tension laces at the back. Secure the base belt with the Velcro tabs, and adjust the bi-lateral tension strap to compression to apply pressure as required
