Spalding 3 x 4 Pro Image sprung Basketball Rim

This is a home recreational rim designed for hobby use.

It has a single spring which returns the rim to its horizontal position if the rim is forced downwards.

Generally a sprung rim will outlast a standard rim, because any impact stress is reduced by the spring reload feature.
